Cancellation Policy
At Revive Health, we understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a £20 cancellation fee. • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged £20 and may require full payment for future bookings. 2. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a partial fee may apply. • If you are more than [15-30 minutes] late without notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply. 3. Refund Policy • Refunds are not available for Phlebotomy • Cancellations within the 24-hour window are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling at the business’s discretion. 4. Emergency Cancellations • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
